Are you an Online Merchandiser ready to take on a senior role? Do you want to improve the customer journey and optimise their experience? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Senior Online Merchandiser in London, you will own the merchandising of sites using testing and visual merchandising techniques. Your main priority will be ensuring that the online merchandising is specific to the given market, identifying opportunities, and working closely with the marketing department to prioritise activities.
Requirements
- Experience or a background in a menswear brand or managing menswear within a retailer
- Experience within e-commerce/online merchandising
- Background in people management
- Able to communicate with stakeholders and teams fluently and diplomatically around the business
Responsibilities
- Completing weekly performance and trade reporting to identify multi-faceted optimisation opportunities
- Maximising site performance in the short-term through day-to-day activities as well as in the long term through AS testing and new technologies
- Regularly reviewing the quality of work to maintain the site standards and acting as a team contact for quality assurance whilst taking responsibility for the development of direct reports
- Supporting the strategy development for the Online Merch team and managing the projects within the team to maximise trade and online experience whilst working closely with the Creative, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, IT and UX Teams
- Coordinating cross-functionally to gather all the requirements for the site campaigns and activities and influencing the messaging and linking strategies across channels according to trade and business focuses
