Job description: The opportunity
The University of London is accepting applications for Online Tutors to support the new and innovative online MSc Data Science programme, with academic direction from Goldsmiths.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to act as Online Tutors. The Online Tutor’s task will be to provide online support, marking coursework assignments and providing feedback to students. Each Online Tutor will receive support from a Module Leader and Programme Director and will work closely with University of London’s Student Relationship Managers.
You would engage as a self-employed independent contractor and not as an employee of the University of London. If successful, you will join to a talent pool of online tutors for future sessions. The next session will begin in October 2022. Please note the role is subject to student numbers.
We would also like to hear from individuals interested in undertaking examination duties.
You will be a motivated individual who enjoys working with students and keen to support them to succeed in their studies.
You will have a postgraduate degree in a discipline relevant to Data Science or a relevant undergraduate degree plus five years’ industry experience, and ideally some previous experience working in Higher Education.
