JOB OVERVIEW
Due to the company’s expansion plans they are now looking for an experienced Insurance Broker / Adviser in addition to a Trainee Insurance Agent to join their team.
As a trainee Insurance Agent you will ideally have previous experience working within the insurance industry either as a Claims Advisor / Handler or within a similar role and keen to develop your career within this industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a person wanting to progress their career and massively increase their earning potential.
As an Insurance Broker / Adviser with the firm you will receive a very attractive package including 70% commissions, an experienced mentor (if needed) and free admin support. The firm doesn’t put targets in place and doesn’t micromanage you! This role is perfect for someone already working within the insurance sector that wants to elevate their career.
For those that shine, you will have the opportunity to mentor your own team (if you want to), further increasing your earning potential. You will also have the flexibility to control your own diary and working days/hours with regular market training provided.
As the experienced Insurance Broker / Advisor you will be responsible for assisting clients and making recommendations on protection and insurance products.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the experienced Insurance Broker / Advisor you will have the following qualities and attributes:
- Experience working within the insurance industry
- A portfolio of existing clients (only for experienced Brokers – this doesn’t apply to trainee’s)
- The ability to generate your own leads
- Focused, driven and a desire to succeed
- Able to act in a professional manner
- A successful sales record/history
- Excellent communication skills
